Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
Customers can choose to either prepay 100% of the total amount in advance or pay a 20% deposit online and settle the remaining balance directly with the driver on the day of service.
Bookings are confirmed once we receive the reservation details, and a confirmation email is sent by us. In case of flight delays of up to 3 hours, the transfer is always guaranteed.
If the flight is delayed more than 3 hours, we will make every effort to carry out the transfer, but it will be subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are fully refundable (if prepayment was selected; deposits are also refundable).
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable.
A "Last Minute Cancellation" option is available at the time of booking for an extra EUR10, which allows full cancellation up to 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

3. Waiting Time Policy
For airport pickups, 60 minutes of free waiting time is included, calculated from the actual landing time of the flight.
For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.
After the free waiting time, an additional charge of EUR60 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.

4. Passenger Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate booking information (pick-up location, time, flight details, etc.).
In case of delays, customers must inform us as soon as possible to allow for proper coordination.

5. Luggage
Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage.
Please inform us in advance if carrying excess luggage, special items (e.g., sports equipment), or if additional space is needed.

6. Vehicle Types
Vehicle assignment is based on the number of passengers and luggage. Vehicle photos shown on the website are for reference only.
Venice Minivan Service reserves the right to provide an equivalent vehicle in the same class if the originally requested model is not available.

7. Liability
Venice Minivan Service shall not be held liable for delays or missed connections caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with Italian and EU regulations for passenger transportation.

8. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Venice, Italy.
